⭐⭐ (2/5 stars) - Dishonesty and Unnecessary Pressure I was referred to this practice by another specialist dentist who provided me with a USB containing panoramic and detailed radiographs of every single one of my teeth for evaluation. Upon arrival, I handed the USB to the technician, only to be told that it was ILLEGAL for their dentist to evaluate radiographs from another office and that they would need to take new ones. All of this was said before anyone had even looked at the USB or examined my teeth. I work in the medical field and know for a fact that there is no law preventing a dentist from reading another dentist's radiographs. I did not appreciate being lied to about a non-existent law, clearly to push me into redoing the radiographs. I immediately went back to my specialist and told them what happened. They agreed that no such law exists and kindly referred me to a different practice. Whether the technician was poorly trained or this is just how this practice operates to inflate costs, I do not appreciate being lied to. I do not recommend them.

Dr. Sharma was amazing! As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was incredibly nervous about needing a root canal. From the moment I sat down, she took the time to explain the entire procedure and answer my questions, which helped ease so much of my fear. What stood out the most was how calm and confident she was. Her confidence immediately reassured me that I was in excellent hands. I was so relaxed that my mind stayed calm throughout the entire procedure, and honestly, I felt like I could have fallen asleep! The atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming. The dental assistant was wonderful as well. She mentioned she was newer, but she did a fantastic job and helped make the experience even more comfortable. I especially appreciated that when I told them I was nervous, they didn’t respond with loud or overly energetic reassurance, which can sometimes make anxiety worse. Instead, everyone remained calm, listened when I felt discomfort, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The relief I feel now is incredible, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely return to

Dr sharma was excellent. Due to my TMJ any dental work is painful in my jaw and she was very compassionate and understanding. She did a great job with my root canal. Her assistant was very comforting and friendly as well. Highly recommend

Excellent Endodontist at this practice. Doctor Bragga and Doctor Sharma where phenomenal. Everything was thoroughly explained. Price was upfront and within general costs associated with the procedure. The office team was very nice and courteous. The appointment was within a reasonable timeframe. Follow up post-op was also very kind. Would recommend this practice hands down to anyone who needs a root canal.

I had a wonderful experience—even while getting a root canal! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I spoke with Jan on the phone, I felt at ease—she was so warm and reassuring that I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Sharma and her assistant were fantastic. She was gentle throughout the procedure and checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. She also took the time to clearly explain everything before and after, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Three Rivers Endodontics!
